How wonderful it is to walk 250 or only 100 metres directly from the house and then be on the beach. And here you have a choice of 3 toppers on the beautiful beach of Nieuwvliet-Bad and in season (from at least mid-May to mid-September) you also have your own filled beach cabin. For those who like to go over the border to find the heat, we have two great accommodations in Denia, in Monte Pego, a beautiful neighbourhood on a hill.

A fine and totally renovated luxury flat for 4 people in a small complex with a nice garden with mini-golf, a playground and a swimming pool with terrace and sun beds. The complex also has a bar (with breakfast facilities) and a restaurant.

Or rather go with family/friends in the summer holidays as a group to a villa with all the trimmings and enjoy an incredible holiday together. Because whether you choose from the 10 different terraces/bar/seats to sit, chill or play a game, relax by the large infinity pool with a shallow area to enjoy reading a book and even an underwater bench to enjoy your home-made cocktail from one of the 2 outdoor kitchens, it's all possible. You can't think of it or it comes with the house and then also styled in a Mediterranean Ibiza atmosphere. There is only 1 drawback: you never want to leave!
